Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash.
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Gift Vouchers purchased online can be reprinted or emailed as required.
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Funds will expire 12 months from date of issue.
Unused credit after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited.
Gift Vouchers are redeemable online at www.coop-bookshop.com.au, or in-store at any Co-op Bookshop.
The balance of a Gift Voucher can be checked online or in-store.
